On this page the contractual agreements between the customer and David J. Rosso dba DJR Web Design, herinafter referred to as DJRWD will be explained.

 

Down payment of 50% of the projected total for services is due before any work can begin and before the purchase of any internet domain name(s).  By sending DJRWD a down payment for agreed upon services, the customer does hereby enter into contract with DJRWD for agreed upon services.  

 

The purchase of the WEB PACKAGE includes the use of a internet domain name, design of website pages (in the advertised amount) and hosting of the website pages (up to the currently advertised storage space limit) and email services.  This initial purchase includes hosting and email services for ONE YEAR.  The initial one year of service included with the WEB PACKAGE begins once the domain 

name goes live and at least one page of the site is operational.  The domain name remains the property of DJRWD.  Services will only be provided for the contract length if all payments for services have been received in full.  All html website files and graphics used in the design of the customer site will remain the property of DJRWD until the termination of services between the customer and DJRWD.

 

How soon the customer site is completed depends on current workload of DJRWD and the availability of content provided by the customer to DJRWD. The remaining balance for services rendered is due upon the completion of all agreed upon design work.

 

The customer has the choice at the end of their term of service (one year) to either renew their services with DJRWD or terminate services.  Customer will be notified via email at least 30days before the end of their term of service.  Payment for renewal of services needs to be received by DJRWD prior to the end of the term to prevent any lapse in service

 

Services may be terminated at any time, however all domain names will remain the property of DJRWD until the end of their current registration period with our registrar company or until sold.  The expiration date of a domain name may be checked by entering the domain name HERE.  Once services have been terminated between the customer and DJRWD, the domain name will be listed for sale by DJRWD.  Upon termination of services, an email will be sent to the customer with an attached ZIP file, this file will contain all the website html files and graphics.
